Absolutely awful in every aspect. My apartment was infested with rats and mold and there was terrible water damage in the kitchen that made it completely unusable for weeks. They were extremely slow and incompetent when it came to fixing all of the problems even after I expressed to them the serious health hazards they posed. It was very clear they did not care. They also tried to swindle me out of my security deposit and would not back down until I threatened to get a lawyer. Awful people, awful service.
