I've been living here for over a year and overall I love my apartment and this complex. The staff are exceptional from the maintenance to the leasing office which was one of the things that set them apart from the other properties I've lived in and visited. I was first introduced to the leasing manager Amber Dwight and leasing professional Brittany Flucas (who I think are no longer part of their staff) who were extremely nice and made me feel like this was my home. My apartment is spacious and was clean when I first moved in.

The property is clean and the community is quiet, welcoming and dog friendly. I've had some recent frustrations with several tenants having their dogs off the leash outside of the dog park but the current Leasing Professional Adam Sanders is extremely responsive, friendly and addresses any concerns I have/had swiftly which demonstrates that the staff cares about the tenants concerns instead of dismissing them as idle complaints. Overall I enjoy my apartment and the community and highly recommend.

RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE! They do not back up their tenants. Just throw you to the wolves as long as it benefits them. We have lived here for 5 years and are moving out next month. Things are good until you make a mistake and they hang you out to dry. They do not work with you to resolve the issue. No help, no support, no second chances whatsoever. My kids are being forced to interrupt their school year and leave their activities which they enjoy so much just because the corporate office of Hampton Manor won’t even listen to our side. I have never felt so pushed aside.

I do not recommend moving here. The townhomes are particularly disgusting. Our unit was infested with mice. Hampton Manors pest control took two weeks to come out and caught a mouse within five minutes of setting a trap. Upon further inspection, we realized there were holes all throughout the home that mice were using to get in. I’m not sure how all of this was missed by management before we moved in. It was appalling. The home was actually so filthy (mouse droppings everywhere) that we decided to spend our own money on a hotel. We have two very young children (one that was just a newborn when all of this was happening) and worried tremendously for their health if we continued to live there. The only semi-nice part about this whole story is that they let us end our lease so we could move somewhere actually habitable.

Recently new to HM managers, Adam resolved quickly and professionally an isolated issue in our building; using phone calls, emails, and footwork to reach an amicable conclusion to the situation in just hours!

Let me start off by saying this property is absolutely beautiful !! I scheduled a tour because I am looking to move in the area, I was blown away. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained . The townhomes are spacious and offer 2.5 baths which is exactly what I was looking for . Everyone in the leasing office was extremely professional with Amber answering all my questions about the property. She was a pleasure to meet and I enjoyed speaking with her . Do not hesitate to schedule a tour you will not be disappointed .

I love the townhouse apartments and called the office. I spoke with Amber. She went so above and beyond to ensure that I was able to apply for the August rental She stayed on the phone and walked me through the QST part of the application. She was patient, kind and considerate and I cannot thank her enough. What a great experience!!!! Thank you!

After looking at the other Google reviews, I will say that Hampton Manor does have same kinds of problems all older apartment complexes seem to have, but when I expressed a concern I always got a response and the issue was appropriately handled. I was also impressed that throughout 2020 and into 2021, cleaning staff sanitized the common entrance more than once a week. I lived there for a little over year while working to sell my house.
