Where do i begin…well, the biggest issue is the payment fees. Who charges such exorbitant fees for a terribly designed and poorly secured site and payment portal?! (Software Engineer here). There is no reason to charge such fees in addition to the actual high bill cost, for contaminated/odor-filled/hard water. Hire better web developers for your site and minimize/eliminate payment fees.

Their bill pay methods are from last century. The bill pay website is ALWAYS down, to the point where you can’t even call in to pay your bill. The only way to not pay fees on your payment is by going to their office to pay cash/money order/check. The only way to set up auto draft is to go into their office with a voided check. I don’t even use checks. It’s inconvenient and outdated. The technology exists to make it easy to pay your bills exists. Why not use it?

Ms. EMendez was great helping me set up my account but other than that everyone I spoke on the phone with sounded so unhappy, not listening to my questions, kept cutting you off before I asked them my questions. All I want was for them to check my account to see if I had any pending balance since I had difficulty to log in to my account. They didn’t even offer if they can reset my account for me. I wish I could sign up for a different water company. I wish OUC was providing service in the area. Now I understand why people avoid to move to Haines City.

At the water department should hire people with education that have knowledge in customer service. This cashiers there trates you rude and act like if you were giving you some thing free or making you a favor.
