Terrible experience with this realty office. They placed a home for sale and then for rent. We wanted to rent the home and had communication with the realty office about the home. We even told them straight forward that we had 2 dogs. The realty office stated that they allowed dogs, just as the listing did. The realty office had us apply and spend $40 per applicant so a total of $80 for my husband and I. After that, they allowed us to view them home without them there. We told them we would like rent the home, and they stayed they would have to “think about it” and they would get back to us. We tried to contact them and they never got back to us. I believe it was a bait and switch type of situation where they really wanted to sell the home but had it up for rent to get people in to see it.

They wasted our time, a credit pull and money. Terrible office. You don’t just ghost people. At least tell them you decided on others.
