Julio Gutierrez of Gutierrez Air has repaired the AC unit in our vacation home for years. Two years ago, when I arrived on a summer Sunday night to no cold air, I texted him and Monday morning first thing he showed up before his scheduled first job and fixed the problem. This is how he has always been - responsive. Though he warned me that this might be the last time the "fix" would work, we did not do anything about it in anticipation. It lasted until last week when again the same thing happened and it was determined on a day of 109 degrees that both the condenser and main unit would have to be replaced. Julio did a temporary fix which got us thru the night and provided us with a quick quote. The next day I called for a second opinion and while the company could not assist me for 3 weeks!, they told me that Julio's quote was very fair. I gave Julio the go ahead and by end of day, the equipment was delivered. And the next day his team installed it. Originally he had told me he wouldn't be able to do it for a few days but he felt bad for us and moved some things around to make it happen more quickly. I recommend Gutierrez Air highly.
