GTM builders build beautiful houses for sure, that's how they amazed us at the begining. However the quality of our house shocks us almost every month🥴, new month new "surprise"! It's only been 6 months since we moved in the house they completed in March, tons of issues already showed up. Oh and don't believe the 1-year-warranty GTM builders provided, after you purchased the house👉🏻you will soon find out 99% of the issues are "NOT UNDER WARRANTY" when you contact them after you moved in🥴‼️

Driving home from SLC one day, my wife asked if we could stop by one of the GTM Model Homes to have a look. (Little did I know that she had been looking into GTM Builders for quite awhile) We stopped in and were greeted by Seth. He took us on a tour of the Model and we went over all the great features they have as standard items (which are upgrades to most all other builders). We fell in love with the Leah! However, there were a few things that just didn’t sit right with my wife about the layout of the floor plan so she started piecing together some ideas for changes. We presented those changes and Matt was more than willing to work up a new design for us that included those changes. We are Very pleased with the final result! Quality work from the start! After moving in and meeting people from the community, we tell them where we live and the response is usually, “Oh, the house with the BEAUTIFUL back window! I LOVE that Window!” We love it too!
Highly recommend GTM Builders if you are considering buying a new home. They have been a joy to work with and we LOVE our new home!

Rocky and I first looked "earnestly" for a new home mid January of this year without even preparing our existing home at all for sale. We found a floor plan we loved and selected the interior/exterior materials. The GTM team was great at helping us get our house sold (for what we were asking for it) and we ended up living with family for 3 weeks while we waited for the new house to be competed. It was slated to be compete in 90 days and I thought that would be a stretch, but even with bad storms this winter,we still closed on time.

Rocky, who has some experience in building was impressed with the quality of workmanship all through the house. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the job site all through the building process. The contractors are very careful not to leave building waste around and take pride in a clean construction site. We closed and moved in exactly on schedule and after being in our house for a couple weeks now, I am still impressed with the little "extras" that are included in the base price of the house and not an upgrade that would be the case with another builder.

Thanks again GTM - it was great working with you and a very smooth transition. I would highly recommend their team to anyone who is looking to build.

My husband & I looked high and low for a new home that would better suit our needs as empty nesters we wanted a one level home that we could live in for years to come all the ones we saw with other builders specially one that ends in Xvory and we visited as well others builders could only offer low quality starter homes suited for young families. We were looking for something better built and good quality, we visited our cousin who had recently purchased a home with GTM and we immediately fell in love with his home, the way it was built and the quality of the materials used. We are now building our new home with GTM and we couldn't be happier that I get a high quality build home.
Each of the subcontractors that have worked in our build are incredibly meticulous and put their heart and souls into the work they do.

GTM was incredible to build with. They fully customized our floor plan (something no other builder would do), were very easy to get ahold of, and despite massive price fluctuations of materials their price and completion date never budged. It will probably be the largest purchase I ever make, so working with a group with that kind of integrity, open communication and build quality is the best choice i have ever made.

GTM Builders was great to work with in building our new home. They were very accommodating and willing to work with our requests as best as they could. They were professional and clear with the process and transparent with everything. Provided us with all the information we needed for our new home... there have been some minor details that we've caught so far in the house that we didn't catch during our "blue taping" and so far, GTM has been mostly accommodating, although slow. There are also a couple of things they said they'd fix but haven't gotten around to those yet. Will be following up with them soon.

Will probably update this review after our 1 year in the house.

We have been beyond impressed with the quality work and construction that GTM builders have provided. They are professional and highly skilled. We love our home and have been impressed at their integrity and ease they are to work with. GTM builders goes above and beyond in what is required to make the customer happy and we are grateful to have chosen them to build our home. This is a case where you get more than you pay for!

I'm updating my review because their attention to issues after we moved in has not been five stars like the building process was.

Some of the issues have been resolved, but we're still waiting on many of them that we called, texted, and talked about and it's been almost three years.

Shawn and Matt built our home in Anderson Ranch. The home is a custom home that is of high quality. We wanted to move the master bedroom wall out by a couple of feet. When we brought it up to Shawn, he didn't hesitate before telling us that wasn't a problem and they would be happy to do it, with the enthusiasm of an artist! In dealing with Shawn we got to have our home our way with upgrades included. Their signs are true, "Let us build your dream home."

Many people have told us stories about the stress of building a new home and needing to watch everything that is being done. We had a wonderful experience with them with very low stress.

We have been in our home for three and a half months. Homes that were started before ours by another contractor are just being finished.

Highly recommend having GTM build your home.
