At first, we were skeptical of using a “reseller” of homes to sell my mom’s house, especially since we couldn’t find any reviews on their business. But after speaking with Kelly and Isaeh, we felt comfortable enough to begin the process. I’m here to say that that they were flexible and kind and Isaeh checked in often to let me know how things were going on their end, and to see if we needed anything.

In summary, they did everything that they said they would do and we were able to close escrow exactly as scheduled. We might not have been their easiest customer, since we needed everything hard copy instead of using docusign, but they never showed any frustration and were quite understanding when we ran into a snag on our end. After being assured that we were working the issue, they gave us a few days to figure it out without requesting status every day. We were under enough pressure and stress, so we really appreciated being able to get through our issue without having to provide constant status and updates. Kelly, Isaeh and their chosen escrow company were all very responsive to all of our questions and we would use their services again if the opportunity should present itself.

We are sure that they will make mom’s house beautiful again and we are looking forward to seeing the house once the renovations are complete. Kelly promised to give us a heads-up to see it, and I’m sure it will be lovely for the next family.

Selling a family home of 25 + years is stressful and emotional and I think Kelly and Isaeh and this company know this as they were understanding and professional throughout the entire transaction.
