I am extremely satisfied with Grellis Construction Company. They enlarge/widen my garage door from a 8 foot door to a 9 foot wide door. They were very professional and courteous. The worker came out as scheduled and completed the job in within 2 days. The finish product turned out beautifully.

Grellis Construction completed an exterior remodel of our property. It transformed the property from a 1957 looking front to a 2017 inviting look that fit the transformation of the neighborhood. They replaced our stone walkway, put a new porch roof, repainted and upgraded the front porch and all our security screens. They helped us with the design, and necessary fixtures, colors, etc and offered recommendations for final selections. The workers were professional arrived when scheduled, and cleaned up behind themselves. They are experienced, professional, and guarantee their work. We recommend them highly and look forward to engaging them in our next remodeling job.

Grellis installed gutter guards in the whole house and also re-routed two gutters to prevent rain leakage into a garage and basement wall. The work was done on time and during one day. So far we have had no leakage into the garage or basement walls - which we are very happy with. The leaf guards will avoid us having to do gutter cleaning which at our age is a huge advantage. We have been very satisfied with their work and follow-up. I would recommend them!

I connected with, Greg Stotts, of grellis construction, after he left a flyer on my door saying that I may be approved for exterior services. The best thing I ever did was called Grellis construction. They assisted me in getting pre-approved for a roof. The fight didn’t end. Next, they assisted me in getting approved for a skylight through my insurance in the same claim. There motto is keep the money in the community. I love it! I have, and will keep, recommending them to friends, family and my community. They hit this one out of the park.

I had a new roof installed by Grellis Construction. The installers did an excellent job, it took two days to complete the job. I had a follow up visit after the install to confirm the work was done properly which I really appreciated.

My roof was old, and badly needed to be replaced. The rep was very knowledgeable and realized my immediate need for a replacement. He was very clear in telling me every step of the installation process; and the price he quoted was the price I paid (no additional fees later). The installation was efficient and they cleaned up afterward. The roof looks great and doesn't leak. I am happy with my new roof!
