Our project was a complex Rec cabin to SFR conversion. Inexperience and enthusiasm were the cards I brought to the table. Fortunately, Gregg had a variety of tools and skills at his disposal to navigate the ebbs and flows that are inherent to this type of project.

One of the things I appreciated the most about working with Gregg was clear, predictable and consistent communication. He always made himself available, was thorough in his explanations and had multiple solutions/options for obstacles. Additionally, his attention to detail is second to none. A comfort, because how you do something is how you do everything.

I talked to Gregg about legalizing an SFR, he told me not to do it but that if I wanted to try, I should send him all documents in an email and with no attachment. OK?! So I'm thinking I can copy paste info I have about the property from the county PDF and paste it in an email but that's weird. The conversation moves on and he mentions "me listening to him" and I told him: "If I listen to you I should not apply for a permit, since that's what you just told me..." and before I could say anything else he hung up on me.
Gregg, this is not the way to treat potential customers. I was gonna give you my business but definitely not anymore.
