I love the modern yet practical touches in this house! The colors were masterfully chosen too! The prep area was large enough to be helpful and fun but not like a second kitchen entirely. Definitely a cool place that’s epic and would be fun to live in

Best custom homebuilding experience I could have ever asked for. Kurt kept us in Budget while still giving me the upgrades I was desiring. He was always responsive and made sure to take care of all of my needs in a timely manner. I never imagined the quality and efficiency I was getting until moving in and experiencing it. My dream house was built exactly how I wanted it and it was a literal dream to have Kurt helping thru the process of building a home….I’ve loved that Kurt has an eye of where his houses are located they are truly well thought out!!

Our experience with Kurt was great. He is humble, professional and honest which is very hard to find in construction. Kurt’s honesty and knowledge was extremely helpful during our home building process. Although nothing is ever perfect when it comes to construction and new home builds, knowing that Kurt is always a phone call away gives me a piece of mind. Compared to the other stories I have heard from my neighbors I am very fortunate to have met kurt and used green tech construction. I will use him again for my next home build.
