Contracted with the Green Future team for a multi-phased project back in 2024. After getting HOA and County approval for the project, Phase I - one leaning tree was removed from the front yard and 8-9 trees were removed from our backyard.

The trees in the backyard were removed to make way for Phase II which was the building of a deck and screened in porch.

The project started off a little slow as they are in high-demand but once the GF team got going, everything went smoothly, the craftsmanship and quality of the work was top notch, and they took care of the permit and inspection process with the County.

The work from the GF team was impressive from the screened in porch with remote ceiling fan and door to the deck and bump out that was a perfect fit for my grill. We had stair lights added for aesthetics.

The team, Anthony Martone (Project Mgr.) Walter Rivas (Construction Mgr.)., Alicia Belville (Design Center Specialist), and their crew were all very pleasant and professional to work with.

We are actually doing Phases III and IV with them now that includes pavers under the deck/porch and grading/reseeding of the area where the trees were cleared out in the backyard just off of the deck.

The only negative if you want to call it a negative, is that they get very busy in the spring and summer because they do great work. So, if you want high-quality work done, you better book them now! They will be our go-to team for any future projects we have.

Another wonderful backyard project from Green Future. My replacement deck is gorgeous and I’m getting so many compliments. Looking forward to finishing the landscaping as the spring plants arrive. Wonderful to work with Anthony Martone and Walter Rivas, both so responsive and helpful. Remarkable company on so many levels. If 10 stars were available, that's what they should receive. We had some drainage issues on our property and we're told Green Future was the best. We also decided to replace all of our concrete with pavers. Each phase from initial contact through design and installation was completed with professionalism and pride in the job they were hired to do. Attention to detail by the craftsmen who installed our beautiful pavers was unbelievable. They came to work with a smile on their faces and a true desire to leave a smile on our faces. This company is superb. From talking to the associate and looking over models in their stunning Eldridge, MD showroom to the planners discussing what we wanted. Just superb. And then to the operations and workers who made our plan a reality. Whoa!!! What utter and absolute professionals. These folks are artisans and craftsmen. They take the time to do it right. We worked with Green Future Construction to replace our concrete driveway with permeable pavers, rebuild the front landing and steps, and redesign the walkway from the driveway to the front door. We could not be happier with the results. Every part of the project, from the initial consultation to the design and installation was completed with exceptional professionalism and careful attention to detail. From start to finish, the production manager, Elisa, was attentive to our needs and preferences. When we visited GFC’s showroom to pick out the colors of the pavers, Alyssa made some helpful suggestions which we incorporated into the plans. The on-site supervisor, Andreas, was also very helpful in terms of answering our questions and explaining the options available to us while the work was in progress. We highly recommend GFC to anyone interested in undertaking similar projects.

I want to take a moment to recognize Green Future Construction for the outstanding job they did on my backyard deck project. The staff hit the ground running beginning with the demolition of the old deck once they secured the county permits, and immediately started the preparation of the foundation, followed by the construction of the deck. I was impressed with the crew work dedication along with them being very meticulous and conscience in what they were doing. These efforts caused the project to be completed under schedule. Along the way, they addressed discrepancies in their workmanship and minor damage to the existing home, reaffirming a commitment to excellence. They also did a great clean up when done.

Lastly, I want to thank Mr. Thomas Silva, Project Coordinator, for working closely with me and keeping me informed verbally and in writing throughout the construction period. His open communications kept me at ease on every phase of the project.

We could not be more pleased with how our project turned out. Anthony made the estimate and planning process easy and really listened to what we had in mind and then formed it into a plan. Walter and his team then removed a failed stoop and sidewalk and constructed a beautiful new stoop, walkway, and landscaped gardens in their place. The office team was always helpful and courteous. We've already had so many compliments from neighbors, and it's transformed the front of our home into a really beautiful area.
