One of the worst experiences with a company I’ve ever had. Next to no communication with management when it wasn’t about collecting money for the job. Of which they claimed I owed $600 more than what I made a 50% down payment on initially due to measurement errors they never provided me proof for, then conveniently “forgave” as I paid the second half once the job was “completed”. Only a few weeks later we have pieces coming off in our kitchen and bathroom (pictured below) and this is after multiple visits they scheduled as “repairs”. In actuality we were left with unfinished flooring downstairs and unfinished carpet upstairs not even allowing us to use our upstairs bathroom through Christmas while we had family visiting. To be clear, I think this is primarily a management issue and they don’t deserve business if they’re going to charge thousands and thousands of dollars to facilitate flooring being put in slow, sloppy, while simultaneously attempting to seemingly collect extra money only to let it go once they realize the job was done horribly. Instead of calling them back to have a 3rd “repair” for a job done less than a month ago, I’d rather let anyone know who reads this that your money is almost certainly going to be better spent somewhere else.

I just had Kardean flooring installed and I am so happy with the final result. It looks great! So much of an improvement over the carpet I had. Shout out to Greg for the exceptional customer service. He brought sample pieces to my house to help me decide on a color. When the color I selected was on back order for four months, he sent more samples for me to choose from and gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience. I got better flooring for the same price. The guys that did the installation, Bucky and his helper (sorry, I didn’t get the other installers name), they were great to work with and did an outstanding job. My floors look flawless. They cleaned up everything and moved all of my furniture back where I wanted it. Great crew! All around exceptional experience and I would highly recommend Great American Flooring Company for all of your flooring needs.

HORRIBLE "CONTRACTORS" AND SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP. THEY DID SUCH A TERRIBLE JOB THAT I HAD TO REMOVE THE DRYWALL THEY INSTALLED AND ENDED UP FINDING THAT THEY DUCT TAPED LIVE WIRES BEHIND MY WALL (SEE PICS). MY WHOLE FAMILY COULD HAVE DIED FROM AN ELECTRICAL FIRE. EITHER DO IT YOURSELF OR HIRE A QUALITY PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU CAN. IF THEY REPLY TO THIS POST AND DENY EVERYTHING JUST KNOW THAT THEY'RE LYING.

The absolute best floor and carpet installers I've ever seen. They did in two days what two other contractors couldn't do in three months. I will now recommend them to anyone who needs flooring bc a lot of places can install flooring but if you want it done right there is no equal. I will say it again, the BEST floor installers in the tri-state
