This company is run by an unethical family that will destroy anything for money. In April 2022, they colluded with Hines and a corrupt Salt Lake City to destroy the 104 year old Historic Utah Pantages Theater in a rushed demolition to block multiple lawsuits against the developers and the city, one that was about to go before the Supreme Court of Utah. This demolition was illegal, violating city and state historic laws. The deal over the Historic Pantages was built entirely from lies, fraud, and collusion with Hines, RDA Director Danny Walz, and Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall. Let it be known that Grant Mackay destroyed a public theater for close to a $1 million dollar payment from Hines and are currently destroying the Yardstick, another historic building that spent decades as a theater. How much Salt Lake City history does Grant Mackay have to destroy to satiate their greed? Would rate zero stars if I could
