They came and replaced thermostats and lightbulbs at my apt complex. At least 50-60 today. They replaced my new expensive energy efficient bulbs......with....energy efficient bulbs.....and took mine with them. They got here at 5. I got home from work at 1am and my wife and daughter were freezing. It was 52° in my apt and my wife said the fan had been running since they left. I went into the settings on the thermostat.....there is a schematic for the 4 wires. 4 wires. And they hooked it up wrong. They had 2 jobs and screwed them both up. I'll put my final review as a question- how many granite mechanical employees does it take to replace a lightbulb....none cause you were smart enough to call someone else

To be really fair I’m going to add 5 more STARS to this great company!!! !!! *****
I’ve never worked with more professional and honest people. This company went far beyond my expectations in both quality and skill. Byron and his two sons Craig and Brigham came to our home and let us describe to them what our dream kitchen would be. They left our home and within one week had a proposal and a date for starting and completing the job. Our home is over 100 years old and owned by our family since 1920. We were concerned that our ideal kitchen would be too difficult to pull off as it would include tearing down a small wall and replacing all new electric and plumbing. Not only did they do that, but they included under counter lighting, outlets and pendants. They also did the same in two bathrooms in our home and completely changed our world. We love and respect our home as its history has represented our family for nearly 100 years. Granite Mechanical III Inc. treated it with the same respect. They did not hold back on the quality of work from the hidden areas of the attic right down to the basement. When it came to installing state of the art lighting and plumbing they did not cut corners on quality or expertise. They even extended lighting in two other rooms that were not originally in the bid. I grew to love Craig and Brigham and watched them work together and tackle every issue this old home threw at them. What great young professionals they were!!! Byron was a joy and inspiration to work with! We will be calling on them again to assist us with another property we own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Granite Mechanical III Inc. for your construction, plumbing and electrical needs.
Also, a shout out to Paul…who used his incredibly innovative skills to work with our Sheetrock issues. We had a few problems with the fact the house was so old but he walked in and went to work solving every little problem we had. Love him!!!
I am so pleased to be able to write this review. I can honestly say we did not have one negative experience from the first day we met Granite Mechanical III Inc. to discuss our plans, to the day they said “it’s a wrap”, and walk out of the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen!
