The idea of selling our childhood home where our parents had lived for 40 years was very difficult, but she really made sure that we were comfortable with every step of the process and she checked in on us frequently. She walked us through the process and helped us set deadlines for clearing out the house, painting/repairs, and anything else needed before we were ready to list. She was clear and responsive in her communication. Grace held one weekend of open houses and then took offers. We ended up accepting an offer that was 200K over asking and it was an excellent offer.

When I needed an advice about buying a home in this tough market Grace was recommended to me by a friend as a person of great core values, who would put my interest first. I wanted to buy home first, then sell my own townhouse, which seemed to be an impossible task with the through the roof interest rates. Well, Grace has found a way, as she works with a great loan agent.

Grace has shown me several homes matching my description, and price, and for those that I have found myself she inspected the places before giving me an advice. After two near misses, two weeks later she negotiated the price of the third third place, and we won! Great skill of finding the right comparable places around, and the right market price. Unbelievable, six weeks after we started to work together I have closed, and become an owner of the house.

Selling my own was even faster. Grace had a team of people, who prepared my townhouse, and staged it for the sale. Two weeks later we were on the market, and sold in four days for the price exceeding my expectation!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Grace to anybody as she has excellent skills, excellent team, and she cares.
