Good company work with you . If you need it. Try their best get were need to be on time. And if you are in 2 hour window but let say got off work and waiting on gate way and ask 5 but with 2 hour you could be waiting from 5 to 7 for gate way pick u up but you coworker that works with u she got off at 4.30 and she scheduled her pick up time 4.30 so her wait time be 4.30 to 6.30 that be her waiting times for bus. But say her bus got there at to take her home and ask bus driver if he has you. Cause your time another bus post to pick u up. But if as bus driver if u could ride on this but so want be have wait for a while. They will call dispatch lady see if he could at u as his pas

The to bus drivers are awesome but some of the office staff don't know what customer service means!

This system really needs some work. The busses are always late in the evening and Noone communicates if there's a bus not running. After all these years it should be better than this.

Expecting someone to sit outside waiting for a 1 hour to an 1 1/2 hour window is not safe in a heat advisory. Need a notification system that's more than a robocall 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time.
