Very pleased with our agent Gilberto Omar Garcia with helping us to sell our home. He was very professional and found us a buyer within 7 days of listing the property! Wow! We were very pleased with the offer we were given and we walked away with more cash in our pockets than we ever expected to get ! Omar did excellent photography of the property and even did some amazing drone shots to show a sky view of the home which really made a difference ! Not only did he do the drone shots but he also was able to stage the home as well to give the buyers an idea of what the property would look like with furniture and staged each room accordingly. This made a dramatic impact on the quality of photos and showcase of the home. Omar made everything very easy and I did not have to travel to do any paperwork which made things very easy ! He is good at what he does and makes the whole process simple ! Not only does he advertise your home just on zillow but many other sites as well as sending everyone withing a 3+ mile radius of the home a listing advertisement plus much more. Not your typical agent ! I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell or purchase a home to get ahold of this agent !
