I am extremely happy that I chose Gold Standard Property Group to sell my house. Wes and Eric did a great job marketing our property. Their hard work generated 5 offers and we had a signed deal in only 10 days. We were able to CLOSE the sale only 33 days after we signed up with Wes.

Highly recommend! Eric & Wes were awesome to work with when we bought our home in 2019. It's great that they work together because at least one of them was always available to see a house with us. (We've toured a few more houses since then with them, too.) They make a great partnership because their personality traits compliment each other really well, they communicate amongst themselves (so they can both help/show houses seamlessly), and scheduling is never an issue. If we ever sell, we will definately use them again!
