My apologies to you, Tack. I do recall your contacting us, and I know that you were asking for a simple letter from us, and I don’t recall why we were not responsive to you. It was certainly not intentional as I would have liked to have worked with you again. We do get inundated with projects from time to time, and I am certain that was the case when you contacted us. I hope your project was a success, and I hope you will give us a call next time you have a project we can help with.

Writing a negative review is something I'd rather not do, however, folks need to know what they might expect and what they might not expect. I have done business with these folks (Scott) before several years ago when my wife and I built our home in Camarillo. The service was good and the price was on par with other firms providing the same service. At current we are having (or waiting to have) a pre-fabricated metal building constructed on our property to serve as a garage and storage. Obtaining a complete soils analysis on this project is not required if a simple letter and perhaps localized test is submitted with the previous and approved soils report obtained on the house. In other words, a letter updating the previous report. In any event, over a 2 week period reaching out to Scott, he never once returned my call, emailed me nor sent me a text to discuss the necessary service I needed done. I left 4 messages with his answering service/receptionist 3 messages on his cell and 4 emails, all to no avail. I have built 3 homes and have never had this kind of experience with any of the engineers or architects. Lost time in delays and additional expense is what I have been left with by putting my trust with Scott again. I would not advise anyone who to work with, Scott and his company could step for you and you could have a great experience, and maybe not. I'm simply voicing the facts as they happened to me in hopes it won't happen to anyone else.
