Bad experience with godrej. They sell flats at 3 years future rate in the name of godrej. I have a flat in elements and it’s a mediocre flat at that price I paid.
Don’t trust their sales people.

Never, i repeat NEVER buy from Godrej. They portray a shiny image of the project but will deliver a flat of SUBPAR quality. I am not exaggerating. Ask flat owners from every other completed Godrej Project in Hinjewadi. They will tell you the same thing.
This company consists of a bunch of penny pushers who want to reduce as much quality as possible just to increase their margins and make their Balance Sheet look good.
Also their staff barely qualify to do their jobs properly.

I do not recommend Godrej at all. I have purchased a flat in Godrej 24. Construction quality is pathetic. Builder and their RM and sales team all are lairs. They do not deliver what they promise. At the time of sale, they will promise you everything, and trust me you won’t get most of the things.. Plumbing is the worst. G24 and Elements are supposed to be their premium project, started leaking from every floor and flat and parking 24 by 7… If it’s you first home or planning to stay then don’t buy, if it’s only for investment buy it only if it is dirt cheap..

Review and experience after booking the flat in Oct-22
Post sales services are fine, registry process is very good. We got the registry done in the last week of Nov and also received the registry within a week.
Amenities and location are good.
One can say prices are on the higher side, may or may not be true (VTP also quoting the same price for Earth One)
Parking issue faced by Godrej 24 and Godrej Elements people are not valid here since all 2 BHK and 3 BHK owners are getting dedicated covered parking.
Central RO is a good add-on but missing smart home features even smart lock for main door which most of the developers are providing now a days.
Overall a good project, hopefully will get completed as per the rera date which is Jun-26, although Godrej is saying Dec-25.

The project plan looks good.We booked 3bhk in tower 4.
I am writing pros and cons based on our experience.
Pros:
1.Location is very well connected.
2.Amenities mentioned are impressive.
3.Promising possesion before Rera possession

Cons:
1.The launch process was a messy day.
2. We have to pay crores of rupees but we get very less time to choose flat.
3. They call all token holders on same day and its a whole messy procedure though they have all systems in placed.
4. They don't have sample flat ready, not even sample tiles or other stuff they showed which is going to be used.
5. This is the first project in their 100acr township but Godrej asks us to pay for the whole township maintenance also and which is gonna be constructed later on.

We believed in brand name,let's see how they justify it.
