The security setup is extremely overdone and clearly the society association is a bunch of grumpy good for nothings. Rules should me made for the safety of the residents not to harass the guests. And the society isn't event that good for a new build. I won't recommend buying here if you want your peace of mind

The Builder promises high end construction quality and maintenance however the maintenance is absolutely poor post possession. Even the main lights of the project are not on after handing over possession. Also, the builder charges 2 lakh rupees as deposit for interior work and does not provide any receipt for the same . On top of it , on completion of the work only refunds 70 per cent amount and balance 30 per cent he says will be refunded by society ( which is not even formed right now).

Absolutely the worst property and construction is below par. I bought 2 flats in Godrej Urbanpark tower 2 14th floor. They got OC in May23 and started our EMI with guarantee of possession in Oct23. They collected all payments except the final possession demand and till date, July 2024, they have not given possession. Godrej is untrustworthy and the sales and customer service are hand in glove duping people. Please DO NO BUY property here.

We have experienced absolute apathy from our current RM - Vikram Khanna and the Godrej team. It has been about a month since we issued the final payment (despite the fact that Godrej has not generated the final invoice). We wanted to meet our payment deadline, so after a couple of phone calls and emails with Vikram Khanna, we made the final payment. Our prior relationship manager - Manjari Sharma, had offered us a rebate for early payment. Based on the agreed terms we had made the early payment. Subsequently, the relation manager changed and is currently being handled by Vikram Khanna. We were told that the rebate offered to us is not what Godrej typically offers and even after providing the written correspondence from the prior RM confirming the same, we have still not received the final invoice nor have we heard from the Godrej team as to when we will receive possession. We were told in early June that the accounting team is working on it and we will be issued the final invoice soon, thereafter it has been radio silence. We issued the final Check on May 24, 2024 and sent multiple emails to the RM and Godrej team. The emails are neither acknowledged nor do we know why it is taking Godrej more than a month to generate the final invoice after the final payment is made. We are completely in the dark. Godrej does not live up to its brand name with this kind of unprofessional treatment meted out to its customers.

Ruined the name of Godrej. They got OC in May23 and started our EMI with guarantee of possession in Oct 23, but till July 24 we don't have possession. Especially beware of Vikram Khanna and Manjari. The sales team is coached to give half truth and false assurance. DO NOT BUY if you can't handle long delays in possession.

Seems like a nice new residential development meant to complete v soon. However I personally found the apartments too small for my liking

Pre-Sales people are good to talk and behave gentle but after sales you will regret with your decision.. Be careful with dates of possession and payment..

The location of the property is very bad - there is loud music almost everyday that plays on terraces of buildings in Sangharsh Nagar. Terrible location for residential.
