Pros: Godrej brand, Township, Green and clean environment , River touch , Proximity to Kharadi , Central common township amenities and good construction quality.

Cons: Connecting road as of now is not in good shape, less carpet area of the flats.

Edit: connecting road getting shape,hope for the best.

I'm a homebuyer at Godrej Parkridge, and I strongly urge all new homebuyers not to trust what the Godrej salespeople say. The promises they make will be completely different from what's actually written in the agreement. Don't fall for their misleading tactics. Be cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented, or you may end up being disappointed like many of us.

We have booked the flat in godrej in 2020 june. They told we have 20:80 plan in which they said when we apply for OC(Occupancy Certificate) then only you need to pay rest 80%. They have applied OC in 2023 Jan and took all the money. We have not received the possession so far. What kind of illegal practices godrej is involved in? We though godrej is a brand but we were wrong he is like any other builder who do malpractices. Occupancy certificate usually applied when it is ready for residents occupancy. But imagine they have applied for OC in 2023 jan just to take rest of the amount from the residents. What a fraud they have done.
Dont give me your grievance email as it is useless in nature.

We invested in Godrej thinking that it’s a big brand & we will have a seamless service. Their sales team is full of liars, they should be held accountable for misselling. DP road is not completed yet. They promised that we will receive posession by Sep 2023 & we still have no clue when will we receive posession. Their after sales customer service is terrible. Multiple times the relationship managers gets changed, the assigned RMs have no sense of ownership or accountability. They don’t pick up calls or reply to emails. The apartment also has poor quality of hardwares, fittings, tiles & has misalignments. Would never recommend anyone to invest with Godrej. Think twice before paying them your hard earned money. It’s a complete waste of money, a regular contractor/builder would have provided much better quality & service & would have costed us less.

Fradulous things this project seems delivering. False commitment on possession. 1 year delay. No flat visit allowed unless possession. Township land parcel commitment was false. No IT park / complex as said during booking infront of boulevard. Other godrej project with same start are done with possession. CRM keeps giving next dates for possession. RERA date of 2025 they tell justify. Comeon, that's limit. Deadline. Not date that you shoul tell customer.

See below low quality work of Godre Rejuve Keshavnagar. Misalignments. Big worry for Rivergreen project. Local gavandi better than godrej.

Flat quality delivered is bad .. tower finishing, grill of balcony ,kitchen slabs looks very cheap once you visit those flats .same old tiles 20 years back for bathroom .. electric switches are not smooth . Door lock simple .Godrej is lacking lot in terms of quality and finishing
