Very unreliable service. will bug you for full payment upfront and promise a 2-4 week completion date but ends up taking 4-6 months after multiple follow up calls and text. Before you can start building he will need to visit site again and tries to scam you for more money upfront even if already paid. Make sure not to pay a penny until everything on his part is complete or get a reliable company from the start!

Geri is very unreliable, he has continually committed to completing a project by a specified date and has over and over again failed to deliver. Our project is over two months delayed simply waiting for him to complete the calculations for our soils report.
