Ben and Global Constuction impressed us. Their bid was fair compared to other bids we had done. The crews were very professional and friendly. Each stage of the project, the crews were on time and cleaned up after themselves very well. Ben was frequently onsite. He was flexible with additions we wanted to make throughout the project by email. Ben and his crew made sure that the patio extension blended well with the house, like we wanted. We are looking forward to having other projects done by Global Construction in the future. Big thank you to Ben and his crew!

GCM is a great contractor because Ben (the owner / qualifying party) is himself a good person of high honesty and integrity, and, consequently, honesty and integrity pervades all GCM does.

The staff was courteous and well mannered and all want to do a great job. Everyone from top to bottom was very easy to work with and respectful — very rare to find in today’s world.

As for the contract, scope and costs were very clearly laid out and the contract was crisp: no confusion.

What neat and professional work the group did!!! We were adding two rooms and a closet to our house with lots of customization. Ben and his crew are masters of the trade. Knowledgeable, skilled, well-organized, and helpful. I was amazed at the level of detail; they planned all steps perfectly, from planning, creating blueprints, building, and inspections until final acceptance.
