Julian is the best realtor ever. Writing everything about our experience won’t even do it justice, but in a few short words: Julian got us the house of our dreams after talking us out of a house that we were thinking of buying originally because he sensed that there was a better house out there for us. I don't know where to start! Julian and Juan were both amazing. They were always so helpful (I had a ton of questions, there's so much to learn!), always so kind, and always present and keeping us updated every step of the way. They were both patient with us in the home searching process, driving all over the valley and Simi. Julian made everything as smooth and as easy as it could have gone once we found the home that we wanted, not to mention he got us the home that we wanted while the market was crazy!
