The first thing that attracted us to Generation Builders was their name and company logo… what we discovered was a treasure of craftsmanship, knowledge, and talent.

Leonardo and Francisco arrived to assess our leaking shower pan and immediately crawled under the house to examine the problem. Within a couple of hours we had an estimate.

Their demo and construction team was led by a man named Igor, who is the best plumber, carpenter, and masonry person we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about the quality of work the crew accomplished. Even the demo was done with care and neatness!!!

They reused our existing shower doors and saved us a considerable amount of money.

The crews always showed up at 8am every day and worked solidly till 5pm. The work area was separated from the rest of the house by a thick plastic zippered door that greatly minimized the impact of the job on the cleanliness of our house.

The drywall, tile work, and shower enclosures were all done with excellent craftsmanship and precision.

When we stopped by their office to ask a question or discuss some designs,, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Leonardo was always available and kept us updated on the progress of the job.

We would highly recommended Generation Builders for any home projects. They will definitely be back to take care of our next job.

It was with some trepidation when we made the commitment to remodel our entire house. Have always heard the nightmare of stories of sporadic appearances by workers, disputes between contractors, delays, delays, delays. We found Generation Builders in Burlingame and couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Leonardo had our trust as soon as we met him. He was able to help us visualize the big picture from the start. He's not just a general contractor but in so many ways a designer. My wife and I were unsure of exactly what we wanted on a few details. He's very decisive and always led us in the right direction. Unexpected things can come up in the process. He always thought of a cost effective way to work through it. A smart, creative man.

Our house was built in 1978 and we did nothing to it since we bought it in 2002. It was time for a full remodel! You would expect the work to to require at least 6 months. The entire structure was finished in a little more than 3 months! Workers were arrived by 7:45 every weekday morning working diligently (and politely!) all day. No issues with materials coming on time. Generation Builders is an accurate name for the company because they do it all and to me this is the way to go. No worries about disputes between subcontractors regarding one being delayed which causes the next to be delayed, etc. Those variables are eliminated with Generation Builders. The buck always stops with them.

The work performed was outstanding. Our house is beautiful. Wonderful quality at a really good value. Ecstatic with what basically has become a new home.

Leonardo, Deborah and the entire family at the core of Generation Builders are stars. Incredibly efficient, great communicators, punctual, always there. Anytime we called or texted (sometimes after hours) the call was answered, text or call returned immediately. Absolutely quality people who we consider friends at this point.

Couldn't recommend the company any higher. The biggest cash outlay we've ever made and we're so happy with our decision to go with Generation Builders.
