They really made this whole process easy. Missy was available at anytime to answer my 101 questions, no matter how silly or repetitive. Text or email, she was on top of it. Gene's daily email with property notifications at first was a lot but I was able to spot my home, go check it out the next day and place an offer; all within 48-72 hrs.
