I just completed a huge exterior improvement project with Jason, Ted, and Patrick from GDE. 446 apartments, 25 buildings. They performed carpentry repairs, welded new stair railings, painted the buildings a new color scheme, and replaced the gutters and downspouts. I've never had a smoother, more professional experience than working with GDE. They are excellent communicators, providing (unsolicited) weekly updates on progress, and accurate look-ahead planning toward future milestones. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Operating around occupied apartment homes can make this kind of work exceedingly difficult, because you have hundreds more "clients" than you may have signed a contract with. GDE handles this dynamic better than anyone I have ever worked with. Highly recommended.

GDE Renovations was contracted to complete a full renovation of our community, Brookhaven 1322. The renovations are elevating our community to be a brand new, beautifully designed with interior and exterior features that have a modern touch, superb landscape throughout and so much more! We contracted GDE Renovations to oversee an $850k complete exterior rehab of our community, Bella Apartments.
