We decided it was time to think about a seasonal home in Florence Gardens and I was fortunate enough that the one we were interested was listed by Gaye. The property had a contingent buyer but she encouraged us to make the first back-up offer. She said it would likely be about a week before the dust settles and we would know one way or another. Sure enough she contacted us a little over a week later and we moved forward on the purchase. To put everything that has transpired since that moment into a single word - Gaye was AWESOME. Timely communication, helpful advice prior to the required DocuSign forms, willing to do more than was required, going out of her way to help out after the sale - in a nutshell - we couldn't have found a better agent to work with than Gaye.

Gaye has been amazing! She has been a huge help facilitating a property purchase virtually sight unseen (other than pictures and ) due to the challenges of Covid 19 and the fact that I live in Canada and restricted from travel to the USA!!
Gaye went over and above to help negotiate a reasonable offer on my behalf! Always willing to provide detailed imformantion and advice, even providing me with additional pictures when asked!!
I highly recommend her as she was a pleasure to work with and has a sunny disposition makeing a typically stressful experience easy to deal with.
