I worked with the owner, Juan Gaspar and his crew for a the duration of Summer 2023, testing out their performance and quality for smaller projects before starting my basement remodel. We had, what I thought to be, a great working relationship. Minimal issues and decent work completed. Once we started the major project of remodeling my property's basement, things went downhill fast. After attempting to give him time to make things right, I haven't heard from Juan nor his team and almost over a month - text messages, calls, voicemails have all gone unanswered. I am honestly disappointed and my home is left incomplete, only to be completed if I shell out even more money. Save yourself the trouble.
