I am a broker and really enjoyed working with Gary. It was actually my second deal with him in the last 30 years. I don't say I enjoy working with agents very often, because it is usually such an unsatisfying experience. This last deal with him could have been as one of my best friends went into his open house and was interested in the property and their was no weirdness or high pressure applied to my friend and client to use anyone other than me, another unusual experience. I have know Gary for 25 years...he remains my go to person for quality information and execution in high end residential. he is thoughtful and through and a true executive. However it's his sales and marketing skills that is why you want to be in business with him. I frequently use a quote I learned from Gary about sales. It's like when you come out of the dressing room trying on a dress or a pair of pants. There is a moment when some one needs to say "you should buy it". Knowing when that moment is and how to say it correctly is the art of sales.
