My husband and I recently completed our largest renovation project to date, and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome, thanks to Gary Faith Construction. Having undertaken four major renovations in the past decade, we can confidently say that Gary Faith is the best general contractor we have ever worked with.

We loved working with Gary Faith Construction! They updated our tandem garage parking space into an actual useable bedroom (raised flooring, ran electrical, poured concrete, installed doors/lights/windows, rerouted dryer vent, painted, etc). It was a great experience working with Gary and his contractors. He checks in frequently, responds quickly, and will add/update anything as needed. He made the construction process painless and it was completed earlier than expected!

We just wrapped up a large home remodel with Gary and his team that includes a kitchen, bathrooms, and multiple other updates like paint and flooring. We are very happy with our experience with his team and so glad that we decided to go with Gary for this project. We would 100% use Gary again for future projects. Here are some highlights --
- Gary himself is extremely organized and responsive. He stayed on top of all kinds of dates and timelines and the whole thing was very efficiently managed. Thanks to this, our project finished ahead of schedule.
- Gary's crew was consistent and predictable, an all around great group of people. I was impressed with their workmanship, timeliness, cleanliness, friendliness...the list goes on.
- We trusted Gary and his team to work on our project while we traveled for 3 weeks. The Internet will tell you not to do this, but they did a great job while we were gone and we came home to amazing progress.
- Gary uses subcontractors that he has worked with for years and also do an amazing job. I was especially impressed with Randy/Ideal Cabinets, Laura/Rock Prefab, and Miguel Herrera who did the quartz fabrication. Amazing work and really easy because Gary managed all the timelines, material pickup, communication, etc.

Based on the different quotes we got, Gary's was right about the middle. I felt the cost was totally worth the experience and the outcome.

Gary Faith Construction did an amazing job with our first-floor remodel. They handled everything from demolition to finishing touches, including gutting the kitchen down to the studs, replacing all electrical and plumbing, filling in our sunken living room floor with concrete, tiling the entire first floor, and replacing our kitchen picture window. Their attention to detail was top-notch.

From start to finish, communication was clear, and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. The only minor hiccup was a delayed window, but they handled it professionally and kept us updated. The team was incredibly efficient and always cleaned up the construction site at the end of each day. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns, making the entire process stress-free.

The finished product is beyond our expectations. We're so impressed with the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Gary Faith Construction for any major home renovation.

Gary is a responsive, detail oriented GC, with an ability to tackle small and/or larger complex projects. Gary's bid was competitive with other GCs as well as his deep knowledge base. He was willing to help us envision and problem-solve a variety of intermeshed, long-term projects that included maneuvering around the needs of an aging and occupied income property. Last and best point: his warm, intelligent, and energetic nature is hard to match! He's a pleasure to work with.

We contacted Gary Faith Construction to do a kitchen and laundry room remodel along with replacing all molding and flooring on the first floor of our home. Gary came by to do an estimate and clearly knew how to get the job done. He quickly turned around a reasonable estimate for the work and a contract that clearly layed out what would and wouldn't be part of the project.

Gary and his team showed integrity throughout the project. They would own and fix any mistakes or miscommunications that occurred and problem solve to produce a solid result in a timely manner. When we ran into roadblocks or changes in the project plan, Gary was transparent about the cost and timeline and typically provided options and listened to ideas to come up with the best result. Costs related to changes were reasonable.

Gary's employees and sub contractors produced quality work and were all professional and courteous. They worked closely with Gary to keep him up to date on the project status allowing Gary to manage the schedule and move forward.

The results of all their work is an incredible kitchen and laundry room that improve the layout, flow and warmth of our home.

We contacted Gary to do our master bath/master bedroom remodel after seeing our good friends fabulous kitchen remodel done by Gary. He took the designs and took what was a basic track home layout and turned into the bedroom and bathroom of our dreams. We still walk in and can’t believe it is in our home. We hired GFC to do a significant home addition, adding about 750sqft. We extended the living room, added master bedroom/bath, powder room, laundry room, & patio over garage. Gary and his crew are very knowledgeable and hardworking. The pricing was very reasonable and fair too. They also worked quickly! Showing up each day on time and Gary does an excellent job getting any subcontractors lined up so everything keeps moving. And getting inspections scheduled. They poured new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, stucco, drywall, roofing in 3.5-4 months. I would definitely recommend choosing Gary Faith Construction for any home improvements needed. You can tell they take pride in their work.
