Update: They sent the report with pictures, explanation and recommendations which were good, identifying the sources of leaks correctly and agreed to the payment of 1200 dollars for the report (the higher end of what they had in the proposal) as per the original agreement so I have changed the rating to 4 Stars based on that.

I received a proposal for a water leak test where it says the process including report would cost 800-1200 dollars and for that cost the on-site time would be 2-4 hrs. The on-site time was under four hours. They then generated a report which they claim is more detailed than they normally do without telling me ahead of time. They are now saying that it costs 1200 dollars more for generating a detailed report with photos, so now a total of 2400 dollars. I never signed off on an expensive detailed report or anything not within the original proposal. Also what kind of company charges 1200 dollars and not include pictures in a report even if it is a basic one? May be they should add that to the fine print - no pictures in report, an extra 1200 dollars for pictures and details.
