It took me almost 4 months to get a price on the house, because they couldn't respond to phone calls. I even called the owner and almost 3 weeks later i still haven't heard from him. My daughter used them and had a wonderful experience, that is why i called them. I have been put off for 4 months now. I do not recommend them at all.

After purchasing land with GH Watts and designing our home, the county we chose to build in, hit us with road block after road block. It resulted in a 6 month delay. Most contractors would have gotten out of the contract and went on their way, but not Gary Watts. He and I and many others worked step by step through every hurdle and our result is something I’ve only dreamed of. The teamwork and accountability this company has, is like no other. Awaiting dates! October is coming to a close. We still have not heard anything from y’all. The last contact we had was from the office manager in July, not even warranty! Warranty has not contacted us but one time, stating they are reviewing our issues to ve addressed.. We have had, because we arranged them, a visit from the stone distributor (fixed all counter tops and island sink cutout), Reeb quality control representative, and are waiting on a visit from Reeb ABC Fredericksburg, to fix the installation issues noted by the Reeb rep. Two doors may be replaced (French doors opposite sides of the fireplace) due to error on their end. However, they will not be placing them in their correct location nor repairing your errors. We do expect a date from you immediately for fixing our doors as we can not even leave our front door unlocked because it does not close! Additionally, we would like, on the door visit, to receive dates for the completion of the issues identified at walkthru and subsequent warranty issues noted and sent to the warranty department and then dates to fix the other issues identified within the year (2021)!

Great home design and building experience. Poor customer service with the warranty. No response for weeks/months, if at all. Several issues repaired under warranty reoccurred within weeks with one as soon as they left.
