Home away from home. Our family is and have been very happy staying here for extended periods of time. Wildlife viewing in our unit that faces the Creek is always a highlight. Watching moose, fox, birds of many a feather and an eagle's nest being built and occupied have been quite memorable.

Great apartments! I loved the design and my neighbors. I loved the ease of access to major streets, but the quietness of the neighborhood.
I lived here a few years ago. I have found with more experience in renting that the apartments were a good bargain with the exception mentioned below.
I disliked the manager of the property. When I turned in my notice for an ESA I was denied without an explanation even though I had a valid prescription from my doctor. I was also informed that I owned two huskies (which I have yet to see) and was also called a liar. When I requested to speak with the owners or the next person up so my request could be dealt with reasonably, my request was denied. The experience was thoroughly unprofessional and I have never had an experience like that with any other rental property.

Nice area with lots of wild life. There are many red fox, there is a family of moose, there are eagles, fish in Campbell creek which is right next to it. Just a short walk is a nice sturdy walk bridge over Campbell creek over to a lake that you can fish during the summer or ice fish during the winter. Skate park near bu and fields to play. Costco is right down the road off diamond Blvd. Apartments are reasonably priced

These are typical of the condominiums built in Anchorage 30 or so years ago. Having done several remodels here, doing patchwork on the exteriors, I'll be the first to say these condos are falling apart. Trying to be helpful, I pointed out several obvious things that should be fixed, and wouldn't take much time, especially since I was already there. I was told not to touch them.

edited Too many petty crimes in the garages. Lots of small dogs, I think it's a secret club ? and I think everyone is dying to leave.
