I placed an order on 4/26 and was told it would be about 2-3 weeks for delivery. It was required to pay for it before they would place the order, so I gave them a credit card to purchase it. We called to check on the status several times. One told us it would be in the next day on a stock order. Several other times, we never got called back. We got a call a few weeks ago and was told it was delayed by two weeks and they could get another part to take it's place but we did not want to void the warranty of our customers product so we decided to wait for the factory part. Now, three weeks later, when I called them on 8/2, they told me they would call me back about the status and have not returned my call. Now I have paid in advance and have waited 14 weeks for a part, I was told by the factory could be shipped out within a week after placing an order with one of their Distributors.
