I wanted to build a detached garage and worked with Jason Barker to come up with a design that complemented the architecture of my home and met the needs of my project. Jason was patient as I changed my mind (several times) along the way and always provided recommendations to help me make the final decisions.

The final outcome was a beautiful garage design with comprehensive plans complete with engineering. It make the process of hiring a contractor simple and straight forward.

Jason and the team at Focus were great to work with. Their communication was excellent in developing preliminary drawings that were what we desired and on the timetable for completion of the final engineering drawings and calculations. During permitting, the team made a quick turn around on some required updates. They did the same thing when the contractor was executing the job and additional changes were required. I would recommend Focus and use them again in the future.

We were lucky to be able to be directed to FOCUS by the contractor we hired to do our remodel. Christian at FOCUS was very easy to work with, considerate, helpful, and communicative. Dealing with the city to get a permit for our remodel is the most grueling process. Genuinely - Focus helped so much 🤌🏻 especially Christian Broberg and Brad Mason! Christian was so good at answering all my questions, listening to my suggestions for our floor plan and he even worked directly with the city to make sure we were submitting plans that would get approved. And even when the city came back with surprise items we needed, Christian and Brad revised the plans and provided additional resources to help get everything across the finish line at no extra cost to us. We’re really grateful for their professionalism and timely work!!
