I had to call these fellas about six days ago because we were in a dire situation. My septic system was chock-full, and everything was backing up. I spoke with Anita, and in less than an hour, a young man arrived to pump my septic. After pumping the tank and flushing the toilet the septic was still backed up. Gavin provided a thorough explanation of a few potential reasons why the tank might still be clogged as well as a recommendation for the best course of action, which would require bringing in a backhoe to dig up a portion of the tank. At this point, I was a bit anxious because septic work could either be a big or small job.

Several additional guys showed up to help with the dig, and the young man driving the backhoe did an excellent job getting it into my backyard even though it is sloping and there are tree limbs hanging over into my yard, making turning around difficult. After that, it was all hands-on deck, and my system was quickly unclogged and draining properly. They replaced the removed soil and cleaned off my driveway from the trail of dirt and debris left by the backhoe. Gavin then went on to describe what the issue was and how they resolved it. The only drawback is that a tiny area of my yard was broken up by the backhoe, which is easily fixed with some grass seed and hay. I received an invoice for the service completed; I paid the fee, and I was out of a bad predicament.

I can’t express how relieved I am to be able to utilize our septic system fully. I am satisfied with the job that was done overall, and I will definitely use Flush Fellas again if I need any more work done in the future.
