One of Flippo Construction's drivers was driving erratically this morning, in the middle of rush-hour in Bethesda. Driving his truck like he was in a go-cart. Also blasting his horn at other drivers for no apparent reason.

I called the company to file a complaint and I provided the tag number. The person ("safety manger") I spoke to then started questioning me. I told him the driver was in a truck. The "Safety Manager" stated he knew which truck it was based on the tag number-but still asked me to describe the truck, I told him it was a box truck and he responds "we don't have any box trucks. And then asked me what color the truck was."

This exchange made the matter more aggravating because if I gave you the tag number so why are you integrating me.

They can define the truck anyway they'd like but that doesn't change the fact their driver is creating a safety hazard on the roads.

I wanted to give the company an opportunity handle the situation internally so I wasn't planning on leaving a review. But after my exchange with the "safety manager", I felt I had no choice.

If this exchange is any indication of how they treat their client's, I'd stay far away from this company.
