Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Had an absolutely awful experience. Very little advice and guidance offered. We are going to lose tens of thousands of dollars because our agent did not advocate for our best interests or represent us as an agent should. Maybe they’re okay for selling (we likely sold our home for less than we should have) but absolutely go with someone else when purchasing a home.

Joseph Ellis was our realtor for selling a home and he did an amazing job! He gave us individual attention and helped walk us through the entire process. Made me sick at closing that we had to pay the buyer’s realtor so much more than Flat Rate, as the other party realtor was a huge pain to work with. Joe was incredible to work with. I truly believe that everyone should use him to sell their home. Joe provided excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. He saved myself and my family over $13,000 in commissions by using his services and provided more value than other agents do. As a seller you have to do a little leg work that other agents say they'll do but in my experience that work is typically poorly done or rushed and all they care about is the commission. Joe was incredible and I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

Flat Rate Homes was amazing. I was skeptical when I first found them online that they would provide as much service as a normal real estate agent, but I just didn't want to pay 3% for a seller's agent. So, I took the chance and am so extremely grateful that I did.

Flat Rate was very professional and I feel that they went above and beyond in representing me. They had a yard sign and lock box installed within a day. I had showings within a couple of days. And they were very helpful and communicative during the entire negotiation and closing process. Our closing didn't go very smoothly because there were issues with the buyers, but Flat Rate handled it all very well and stayed in contact and helped me to stay informed. Keith and Jeramie were both very helpful during the entire process.

I would very highly recommend them to anyone. After the sale, I calculated it, and I ended up saving $6,760 by working with them. They were great and gave me just as good of service (if not better) than any other agent.
