My first time trying firehouse, the whole restaurant was a 10/10 Anna and Serenity were two very sweet workers and even recommended I try the Jamaican Jerk Chicken sandwich. Me and my friends absolutely loved it and will be back, they were very fast and the food was fresh 🙌

I ordered two pastrami subs with everything. Before leaving checked my subs and they weren’t prepped correctly. Gentlemen making the sandwiches looked like he needed to use the restroom. I gave back the sandwiches and he dumped the lettuce, tomatoes and onions like crap. Then tried compensating with two free cookies. Really? Then they have this tall 6ft girl I guess to be the manager what a joke. No management skills at all. There was a spill on the floor told the gentleman that fixed my subs to clean up with a towel not a mop. Disorganized not clean, liked it better before if I could give a negative I would. Never again.

It truly pains me to have to leave a negative review because I absolutely love firehouse subs but I am so irritated with this company. I lost over 100,000 points. They’re just gone on my app. I’ve been coming to firehouse subs using my phone number to collect points and I’m not having any points being added to my account and my account has a zero balance now not sure what’s going on, but I called corporate And a voicemail place saying we’re happy to help you and then it just hangs up. I was planning on eating here today and now I just don’t even feel like eating.

We had a horrible day with a pet emergency and wanted comfort food, familiar food, at a reasonable price, and quickly. That's exactly what we got! I love that Firehouse has new items to try from time to time and that we get points when we order online on Mondays! The only reason I gave less than 5 stars was because the brownies were a little stale but still tasted good.

I stopped by today to have a sandwich the sandwich was pretty good actually. The girl working the counter was very rude didn't say three words to me no thank you no nothing toss the sandwich up on the counter here you go. This is ridiculous customer service. Maybe that's why I was the only one in the place. I will never be going back there again.
