Kim provided excellent service and direction in every aspect of our home buying experience! She was professional and courteous, knowledgeable and patient, and continually followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of. We were tenants for over 2 years in an upper-end neighborhood close to robins AFB (4033 Coosa Dr). We always paid rent on time or early. Fickling has been horrible to deal with. We have had multiple maintenance issues which always took multiple calls and weeks to get things repaired. We moved out 2 weeks ago, and it has taken them multiple calls to finally get a move out inspection. They claimed they didn’t have the keys which were returned to them by the cleaners. We had also informed them by phone and text and email when we were moved out and were ready to transfer the utilities. Still hasn’t occurred. They are still all in our name. No idea what their issue is, maybe they are better for the landlords? I kinda doubt it. I’ll update this review when we get our deposit back. We made sure the property was in perfect condition, and significantly better than when we moved in. There were lots of marks on all the walls when we moved in, all of which we took care of all on our own. Renters beware!

Rebecca is absolutely amazing! She spent months helping me find the perfect house that was everything I wanted and right where I wanted. She even helped me switch lenders when I felt apprehensive about the first lender which ended up helping me get a better deal on my mortgage! She helped with every step of the process from finding a house, putting in an offer, she even gave referrals for home inspectors that were reputable and did a very thorough job. She was always quick to communicate any updates about offers or about closing as well as answering any questions I had all the way through closing. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my dream home!

If you are looking for property management, turn the other way and run! This is the most unprofessional and inefficient group that I gave 4 years of my 2 properties to and regretted every second of it! It finally became such a massive headache and there was no way I was getting my money's worth, so I decided to take on managing the residences myself from another state. Somehow it is EASIER for me to do it myself than to have them complicate everything. The staff is constantly changing, even the broker was not the same person by the end of it. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times on tiny issues and still never got resolution on a lot of it. Just absolutely could not discourage enough-do not hire Fickling to manage your property!!!
