Federal Realty and Professional Security Consultant are foul companies. PSC hired me on as a Security officer which I had no issues with doing in the beginning . Then they offered me to do work as a receptionist with Federal Realty the company who contracts them. For 1 month and 2 weeks they informed me that I would be a receptionist doing work for Federal Realty and offered a pay raise. Instead they gave the position to the mother of the PSC Director at the Pike and Rose site and told me that I was just a fill in and told me to go back to doing security.When I tried to go to the higher ups such as Head Director/ HR of PSC & CEO of Federal Realty about the foul play.They fired me instead. PSC and Federal Realty are unprofessional companies to work for. They are using security officers to do federal work and underpaying them.They do a lot of things that are under handed. Get in and get out. Not a job to stay on. Federal Realty Property Manager is very unprofessional and had a personal vendetta against me. They have very poor management to say the least.

One of their contractors damaged my car with their leaf blower. It would be interesting if a contractor damaged your CEO’s car. I left a message with your “security” guard with the hope of a positive resolution. No response. Poor management and security. No respect for the public.

Awful, most selfish company you could ever deal with. Avoid dealing with these people AT ALL COSTS. There are much nicer properties that are managed far better, seek help elsewhere.
