Called to get another garbage can a week ago and was told it would be $160 to get another one and that they won’t have any for 4 weeks. I had to wait until pay day with it being that expensive so I called again today and now it’s 7 weeks and I was told I can’t even get on a list or get it ordered and to call back in 7 weeks. That is ridiculous! Not only that they want $160 for a garbage can but that it’s going to be that long of a wait. No other city charges that much for a garbage can. You guys need to do better and lower prices in these already hard times and you should have already had a surplus of cans available with all of the new houses and subdivisions being built.

They hardly pick up the phone. When they do they are rude. They also dont call you back. Their customer service is terrible just like their attitudes. Would leave 0 stars but cant🤣

I have worked with the city a few times and they have always been helpful especially Nate Carver. I know they are by the book but if you have your stuff in line things go smooth.

Farr West City needs a police department And post signs how long they are allowed park on the street. and paint the curbside red where they can and can't park.
