Brandy is the best! She did an amazing job helping out my parents when they moved. She went above and beyond for them. They had a complicated situation due to having to move in a quick time frame, and the buyers of their old home, out of state, being very demanding. Brandy really went above her job description to help them out. They wouldn't be in their home today if it wasn't for her. My husband and I decided to put our home up for sale about a month after my parents moved and we chose Brandy to be our realtor even though we already had another realtor lined up. She did such a good job helping out my parents that we just felt like we had to use her. Through the process of selling our home and buying our current home she became more of a friend than just a realtor to us. She was always there for us and we felt like our thoughts and concerns really mattered. We found a home we really loved, but the sellers chose another offer over ours. Brandy knew how bummed we were about it, and continued to call their agent reminding him that if the contract fell through we wanted the home. I cannot say enough about Brandy. She took care of us like we were her own family. I can't go into details about the experience we just had, with her representing us while attempting to purchase a property. The other agent was an absolute nightmare and tried to sabotage the sale of home. Brandy fought tooth and nail for us, including helping us retain a lawyer (yeah it was an absolute nightmare situation) to protect ourselves and get our earnest money back in the process.
