Sad honestly. Have spent thousands with Jack over the last couple years. Recently had him out to quote another job. Over a week later without a quote he finally texted back saying he was putting it together. Five days after that sent him another text that went unanswered. If this is how you treat repeat loyal customers, buyer beware.
