I was so nervous about getting a new roof because being a female, I thought someone may try to take advantage of me by over pricing or just doing a horrible job. I know everyone has heard horror stories. When I first contacted Falcon,the project manager stepped in immediately and assured me that they would be there every step of the way. I was told always voice my concerns, ask as many questions as I needed, and I could contact them at any time of the day.

Just as promised, the project manager took away all my fears by being present with the crew and ensuring the greatest quality. I think I have the best looking house in my area because of the new roof. I was also told if there were any future concerns that I should not hesitate to contact them and they would fix any issue I had. They crew was wonderful, respectful, and made sure to get everything completed perfectly in the time I was told. There were no hidden fees either which was a major plus for me. I will always use Falcon home improvement needs! Best company all around!

They did an awesome job on a bathroom I had remodeled for my aunt's property. They took old yellow tiles from the 60s or 70s and updated it with a modern beige tile that is too pretty for words. They also installed a rainfall shower head as and they also paid a lot of attention to detail with the grout work on the floor. We are very pleased and we highly recommend Falcon Builders!
