I was 2 days away from falling out of escrow because of an inspection needed on a spiral staircase in my home that was built 26 years ago. I called Atef and explained the situation, he not only came out that day to inspect, he also had a completed report for me that same evening. He was kind, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I can not say enough how thankful we are to have found him.
