I cannot speak highly enough of EZ Plans and their amazing team. I needed to create additional living space in order to move my aging parents in, one of whom is wheelchair-bound, from out of state. EZ Plans designed the plans for my garage ADU conversion/existing home addition remodel. As this was my first renovation project, EZ Plans walked us through the process seamlessly. From the start, Lesley not only gave us a realistic timeline, but also gave a transparent pricing breakdown of the proposed project. Lesley and Michael connected us with our amazing architect, Maria, who really brought our vision to fruition. Maria patiently worked with us to design a plan that would combine the needs of my parents, as well as myself. From coordination of site visits, to connecting us with potential contractors once the plans were finalized. Once the plans were approved, Cindy helped coordinate site visits, and connected us with some of their vetted contractors for bids. I also chose to get “outside” bids, but ultimately selected one of their vetted contractors, as they were the best fit.

Now, as we embark on the construction phase of the renovation, they continue to provide support through this arduous process. If you're looking to remodel your home, I highly recommend EZ Plans and their team. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with EZ Plans, they did all the plans for me for a very large house renovation plus the addition of an ADU. Plans included everything from architectural, to structural and mechanical/electrical plans to the entire interior design of the house. When bidding the project with various contractors, all contractors said they were some of the most detailed plans that they come across. All the staff at EZ Plans are super knowledgeable, patient, alway willing to answer questions, and helped me so much during the process and knew exactly what the city wanted in order to have permits ready to issue for the project.
