It isn't easy picking a real estate agent from 1500 miles away, but we saw many positive reviews online for Scott Murray and we decided to hire him to sell our mom's house in a rural town in Utah. We had many questions and Scott was very knowledgeable and answered them all. He handled all the contracting/addendums precisely, which has been a problem with other realtors we've worked with in the past, and he handled all negotiations expertly.
